C++BOLD Example Design: Simple

The Simple design was created from the skeleton design.

The entire design could have been implemented in the CM_Root module. Instead, the overall structure of the skeleton design (with a subsystem) was preserved so that the design can be adapted to more complex designs by adding more subsystems.

The example illustrates the basic structure of a CBOLD design and basic registering and connecting.
